If the main runner, the dimension of the gate and the injecting all work well, we usually take the min. pressure into consideration.
Second, cooling time will affect the demoulding of the plastic storage crate. Cooling time should be in the principle of no changing of plastic products during the demoulidng, usually 30 to 120 minutes. It will not only reduce productivity but cause the complex plastics demoulding difficulties if the cooling time is too long.
