The plastic storage crate, as a very common logistic container in the life which widely used in the short haul transport is one of the indispensable logistic equipments in the manufacturing and distribution companies. The main production method of plastic storage crate is injection processing, so we have to pay attention to 2 time factors during production.

First, during the injection and before the gate gets cooled, the holding time is an important factor, which affects the dimension of the crate. The holding time depends on the temperature of the raw material and the mold, the main runner and the dimension of the gate. If the main runner, the dimension of the gate and the injecting all work well, we usually take the min. pressure into consideration.

Second, cooling time will affect the demoulding of the plastic storage crate. Cooling time should be in the principle of no changing of plastic products during the demoulidng, usually 30 to 120 minutes. It will not only reduce productivity but cause the complex plastics demoulding difficulties if the cooling time is too long.

Now, the plastic storage carte is developing in the direction of industry and large-scale. At the same time, the manufacturing companies should follow to the step of times to realize the upgrading of industrial technology, and in the premise of guaranteeing quality, we should also shorten each concerned time in the molding cycle so that to keep the plastic storage crate in the best molding state
